SHIPPING INFO

We offer a variety of shipping options: Standard, Second Day, and Next Day. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend.

Our product is MADE TO ORDER. Should we not be able to fulfill your submission, we will immediately contact you to discuss substitutions, deletions or cancellation. Orders are made within 48 hours of receipt, with shipping to take place directly afterward. Therefore, if an order is placed on Monday at 2pm, it will be shipped out at the latest on Wednesday at 2pm.

We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses only (no PO Boxes).

Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.

DIPPED FRUIT

To ensure freshness, all Chocolate-Dipped fruits must be shipped using the Next Day Delivery shipping method. Daily order cut off is 1PM EST for delivery Tuesday through Friday. To ensure freshness, we cannot deliver on Sunday and Monday. Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
